Excellent location. Facilities suited my needs. I'll definitely return. It is very near the North Gate of the Old City walls so you can just walk to the places you want to go to. Everything you need is within the area.

Spacious room, big balcony. Great internet and a/c We only were there for a day before we moved into our apartment, but the beds seemed very comfortable.

The room is big and it is not far from the main road.

Good location within the city of Chiang Mai, close to the night market and 7/11. Nice little balcony that comes with the room. Staff was friendly and let us check in 1H before. Only offer to clean on request. Would only recommend if you want a cheap room with good location but dont mind a dirty room..
